We have often made the terrible mistake of substituting a lot of busybody activity for the work of divine unction in our lives. We run here and there and do this and that, yet so little of it produces real, lasting spiritual fruit. Where is the work of salvation, healing, deliverance and revival in the midst of those we touch? What is the measurement of the effectiveness of our activity? If today, someone is not being discipled, if the Word does not go out through me, if someone is not saved, healed, delivered or filled then has my work been what it should be? If His kingdom is not built, then what is? So much is happened in this past year, oh how I wish I had been more dedicated to recording it here. So many changes have taken place. The handful of you who have followed this blog, know this, I am most certainly not gone from the arena of spiritual battle or activity, rather it has ramped up a great deal and many new things have been learned and experienced. I am now a co-pastor of a house church network. Oh man, oh man. Has much of my thinking changed about church! What it is and how it should work. God has opened up new doors and I have been walking through them. Much will be shared here in the coming days. Love, Sam
